Contracting

We offer forward contracting of L.P. for agricultural use and for home hearting. When contracting your gallons there are two options you have to choose from. One option is to prepay where you pay for all of your gallons up front, the second option is where you pay 10% down at booking. If you would like a copy of a contract or would like to get some prices you can give us a call, email us, or stop in and talk to us.

Even Pay Program

This is a program that will enable you to pay a set amount every month for your heating bill in order to avoid a single larger payment at the time of delivery. The even-pay program runs from July through June of the following year. Each customer’s usage will be estimated for annual usage and divided into monthly payments, which will be due at the same time each month. This will enable us to keep each customer on stay-full routing which means you will have gas delivered as you need it rather than when you can afford it. Also, we will help in watching your tank so you don’t run out of gas after hours or on weekends avoiding extra service charges. As long as you meet your monthly payments, no interest will be charged.

As an added bonus, our even-pay customers will be locked in at set price per gallon of L.P. throughout the duration of the program. Therefore, you will avoid costly price spikes. Before the 12^th month (June), your account will be reconciled to verify the actual dollar amount used and the final payment adjusted accordingly. Any balance left at the end of May, will be due in full before the end of June.

We also offer automatic debiting of your bank account for your monthly payment and/or credit card billing.

The even-pay program is designed to estimate heating fuel only. Any purchases other than fuel for heating purposes will need to be paid for in addition to your monthly even-pay amount and will be subject to interest charges if not paid within 30 days.
